Return Policy

We hope you love every item you order! But don't worry if you don't. We provide you with detailed instructions on returning or exchanging items.

REFUNDS

We believe so much in our products that we're proud to offer a return policy on all purchases from vikokos.com within 30 days of the original delivery date. We will refund your money upon receipt of the returned item.

MORE IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We do not accept direct returns of merchandise without notifying us via customer service email(support@vikokos.com).
  • Any address on the package is not a return address, please be sure to contact customer service to provide you with the correct return address.
  • Return orders without an authorized return address by customer service staff will not be refunded. If it is returned to any other address not obtained from our customer service, we will not be able to receive the returned item. Therefore, we will not be able to process refund.
  • Clearance products do not support returns. (For example, a page or collection named "Clearance" or a product with "Clearance" in the title)
  • All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. The item must be clean and show absolutely no signs of wear. If we receive a returned item that does not meet these standards, a full refund will not be issued.
  • If you believe the item you received is defective, please contact us directly. We will request photos of the defect, where appropriate, we will send you a replacement.
  • The shipping cost of return or exchange will be paid by the customer.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returned orders, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And please inform our customer service of the package tracking number and tracking link after sending the item.

Money will be refunded to your original payment method. If it is Paypal, you will receive it within 1-2 day. If it is a credit card, you will receive it within a week.

If your return involves unusual conditions and/or you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the item, please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist you!
